Nougat is a sweet made from whipped egg whites, sugar, honey and almonds. Can be seasoned with various nuts or fruits. Production began in the 19th century in Europe, now nougat is popular in all European countries. The Vital company has been producing nougat since 1926, using only natural ingredients and strictly following the old grandfather’s Vital recipe.

Ingredients: sugar, almonds (28%), glucose syrup, pistachios (2%), honey, invert sugar, wafer paper (potato starch, olive oil), egg whites, salt (0,3%), natural vanilla flavour.
