The name “Rocky Road” harks back to the gold fields of Australia, where prospectors crunched through chocolate, biscuits and marshmallows as they sieved for their fortune. Once the recipe went global, gold rush soon turned into sugar rush!
For the creamiest cup ever, we recommend pouring hot milk (or your preferred milk alternative) rather than water over the chocolate powder.
