This cupping spoon was designed by Tetsu Kasuya, who became Asia’s first winner of the World Brewers Cup in 2016.
We tend to judge coffee by its colour almost as much as we judge it by taste. The black cupping spoon eliminates any visual bias: you can discover what really tastes best for you, without being swayed by appearances.
